L.I.F.E.

So we're finally here! It's been 6 months in the making...

We have a new night, a new format, a new room... and a new name!

Congrats to Ricky C for dropping the name LIFE on the last post. I think it fits us perfectly. LIFE is what we want to be about, and we want that room to always be full of life. When we worship, when we pray, when we learn... whatever we do we want it to be full of life. I'm also captivated by Jesus' words in John 10:10 when he says, 'I have come that you may have life, and have it to the full". That's the kid of life I want with Jesus-- full, abundant, overflowing! I want to see all of us embrace this epic adventure with Jesus that He offers. So we'll call the Tuesday night Youth Group LIFE.

Now what I'd love do is make LIFE stand for something. It ought to reflect who we are and what we're about. So far all I got is Living Intentionally For Eternity. That's pretty cool, but do you have any better ideas? It can be serious ideas or just ridiculous thoughts that you know we won't use but are so funny you just had to get them out of your head! Drop your ideas here!

Also, for JHers, we need to rename the Half-Way house. If you come up with the most awesome name, we'll buy you food or some YG paraphernalia. Think out of the box, but it needs to have something to do with the concept of LIFE!
