Questions, Questions, Questions

We're reading this book in the Young Adult group on Sunday mornings called "Through Painted Deserts". Anyhow, the author makes the comment that we typically are all about asking the "how" questions instead of the "why" questions. In other words, we often ask questions like "how do I make a good living?", or "how can I live a good Christian life?" but seldom ask deeper questions like "why would I want to make a good living?" or "why should I desire to live a Christian life?".

So I was wondering what are some of your "WHY" questions? I think there are at least three huge ones everyone must answer to be fully human:
1)Why am I here (in the cosmic sense)?
2) Why am I here (in the personal sense)?
3) What will happen when I die (technically not a 'why' question...I know!)?

So the two responses I'm looking for from you would be any of your "why" questions, as well as what your answer to the big three questions I just posted would be.
