This is the easiest way for us to be in dialogue about what I'm teaching Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday's. I'll throw out some ideas of what I'm thinking about teaching, and you give me some feedback. After I finish a lesson or series, that's another time for your feedback. You could even feedback part way into a series. Let's you be part of the lesson prep process!

Born in Anaheim, CA moved to Hesperia (a town smaller than Lompoc!)my 6th grade summer and lived there through High School. Graduated and went to The Master's College in Santa Clarita, CA. Finished that in 1996. in 1995 I married my college sweetheart and eventually had two daughters (so I live with all women). I've been a Youth Pastor now for nearly two decades in some capacity (volunteer, intern, part time, and full time). In July of 2000 I moved to Lompoc CA where I did Student Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church for 11 years. In that time I also finsished two MA degrees (Religion and Religious Education. In July 2011 I became the Student Life Pastor at Northpointe Community Church in DeWitt, MI.

Pray that the rest of the finances come in. I'm not worried, God has and will always take care of the money stuff, but right now we're still short!
Pray for the finances, for safety while we're there, that no one's wallet disappears(wink wink), and that the trip can be a success in any definition of the word.
Pray that we all stay healthy while we are down there. Also that we set a good example for the people that we are building houses about being a Christian.
Anonymous was me. I cant wait to get down there (except for the burns twice thing!! Hey look, its Chris :)-
I was thinking that it might not be so fun doing Mexico dirt roads in the rain (I'm remembering last year). SO let's pray for a dry time!
I pray that thieves would avoid our path. Not to mention killers.

So we're leaving in about 1/2 hour... pray for safe travel, good relationships and happy hearts!
So we made it home safe and even a little early yesterday (whoever was praying for a short border crossing- Thanks!)
So now my prayer would be that what the students saw and heard, and the thoughts the Lord was pressing on them while in Mexico would not drift away in the winds of "normal life'.
