About Me
- Name: The Carters
- Location: DeWitt, Michigan, United States
Born in Anaheim, CA moved to Hesperia (a town smaller than Lompoc!)my 6th grade summer and lived there through High School. Graduated and went to The Master's College in Santa Clarita, CA. Finished that in 1996. in 1995 I married my college sweetheart and eventually had two daughters (so I live with all women). I've been a Youth Pastor now for nearly two decades in some capacity (volunteer, intern, part time, and full time). In July of 2000 I moved to Lompoc CA where I did Student Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church for 11 years. In that time I also finsished two MA degrees (Religion and Religious Education. In July 2011 I became the Student Life Pastor at Northpointe Community Church in DeWitt, MI.

Chris. First of all. It's only the 6th. Second of all. It will be Saturday the 8th. Sorry, just thought I should tell you!
So while the turn out was small, the impact might be huge!
The five of us (my family = 4, plus 1 Devine) passed out around 50batteries to the neighbors near the church. Some people weren't home so we just left them on the porch. Some were home and we got to say, "We're trying to show God's love in a practical way..." Just about everybody was surprised and glad to be cared about in xuch a unique way.
